All international orders (unless specified) are shipped via DHL/UPS Monday – Friday (excluding holidays).
DHL/UPS orders placed Monday – Friday after 12pm Indian Standard Time (IST) will be processed next business day.
Orders placed Saturday – Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
CUSTOMS DUTY & TAXES POLICY
Trove does not hold responsibility for customs clearance fees in your country, or for holding times of packages by your country's customs. If you decide not to pay import taxes or duties and choose to reject the package, you will not be refunded for your order. Trove cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To be qualified for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in a similar condition that you got it.
Your item(s) must be in the first bundling and tags must be intact.
Your item(s) needs to have the receipt or confirmation of procurement.

Domestic returns will have a cost of ₹200 and International returns as per the shipping partners tariff charged will be deducted from the refunded amount
Once we receive your item(s), we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item(s). If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 14 days.
