FREE DELIVERY FOR ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All international orders (unless specified) are shipped via DHL/UPS Monday – Friday (excluding holidays).
DHL/UPS orders placed Monday – Friday after 12pm Indian Standard Time (IST) will be processed next business day.
Orders placed Saturday – Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
CUSTOMS DUTY & TAXES POLICY
Trove does not hold responsibility for customs clearance fees in your country, or for holding times of packages by your country's customs. Please refer to your country’s standard regulations and policies as duty payments may be required to release your order. If you decide not to pay import taxes or duties and choose to reject the package, you will not be refunded for your order. Trove cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses. All international express packages must be signed upon delivery. This means that packages cannot be left unattended in your letterbox or at your door. Once dispatched, we are unable to change or re-direct your shipment. Please check that all details are correct before proceeding to checkout.
Trove is not responsible for:
Any lost or stolen packages that note delivery confirmation to the correct shipping address.
Any orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To be qualified for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in a similar condition that you got it.
Your item(s) must be in the first bundling and tags must be intact.
Your item(s) needs to have the receipt or confirmation of procurement.

You don’t have to write the return shipping address on your package
Domestic returns will have a cost of ₹200 and International returns as per the shipping partners tariff charged will be deducted from the refunded amount
Once we receive your item(s), we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item(s). If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 14 days.
